This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
Information We Collect
When you register for an account on the Service, you may provide and we may collect what is generally called “personally identifiable” information, or “personal information,” which is information that specifically identifies an individual. Examples of personal information include name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and credit card or other billing information. Personal information also includes other information, such as geographic area, or preferences, when any such information is linked to information that identifies a specific individual. You may provide us with personal information in various ways on the Service. You provide us with personal information directly when you register for an account, use the Service, post content, interact with your own customers through communication or messaging features, or send us customer service-related requests. We also collect information automatically from your use of the Service through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies. We may also collect non-personal information about your internet connection, equipment used to access the Service, usage details, and other information that is about you but does not identify you.
When you use the Service, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. Please review your web browser “Help” information to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete, or choose not to accept, cookies from the Service, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Service to their fullest potential.
"Automatically collected" information
When you use the Service, we may automatically record certain information from your device by using various types of technology, including “clear gifs” or “web beacons”. This “automatically collected” information may include your IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after you use the Service, the pages or other content you view or otherwise interact with on the Service, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the Service. We also may use these technologies to collect information regarding your interaction with email messages, such as whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded a message. This information is gathered from all users.
Third-party web beacons and third-party buttons
We may also implement third-party content or advertising on the Service that may use clear gifs or other forms of web beacons, which allow the third-party content provider to read and write cookies to your browser in connection with your viewing of the third-party content on the Service. Additionally, we may implement third-party buttons (such as Facebook “like” or “share” buttons) that may allow third parties to collect information about you through such third parties’ browser cookies, even when you do not interact with the button. Information collected through web beacons and buttons is collected directly by these third parties, and ShoppeDance does not participate in that data transmission. Information collected by a third party in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.
ShoppeDance VeriSync user data privacy
We do not collect user data from ShoppeDance VeriSync to disclose them through free or paid services, nor do we feed these data to any database that could be accessible by the public or 3rd party services. We do not collect user data from ShoppeDance VeriSync for the purpose of feeding the database of any other product of our own. The data collected through ShoppeDance VeriSync is utilized solely for the intended purposes within the VeriSync feature and is not shared or utilized outside of its scope.
ShoppeDance ViralTrend data sources
Data sources of ShoppeDance ViralTrend are sourced exclusively from public data available on TikTok. We do not collect data directly from individual users for the purpose of ShoppeDance ViralTrend. Any information utilized within ShoppeDance ViralTrend is sourced solely from publicly available data on TikTok and is not obtained through direct user interaction or data collection methods.
Information from other sources
We may obtain information, including personal information, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as our partners, advertisers, and retailers (as provided above). If we combine or associate information from other sources with personal information that we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Policy.
See the Section below “Your Choices” for information on how you can opt out of behavioral tracking on this Service and how we respond to web browser signals and other mechanisms that enable consumers to exercise choice about behavioral tracking.
The information we collect automatically may include personal information. We may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Service and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Service according to your individual interests.Speed up your searches.
Recognize you when you return to our Service.
We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.
